1. Refund Policy for IT & Design Services
For SaaS, Web Development, and Interior Design projects:
- Initial Stage: 100% refund of the advance if the project is cancelled by the client within 3 days of booking, provided no work has commenced.
- Development Stage: Once the design/development phase has started, the mobilization advance is non-refundable to cover resource allocation.
2. Refund Policy for Events
For Event Productions and Ticket Sales:
- Service Cancellation: Events cancelled 30 days prior eligible for 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
- Digital Badges/Tickets: All sales of digital access passes (Badges/Tickets) are Final and Non-refundable.
3. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit/Debit Card/UPI).
