Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

MS Broadcasting and Productions provides professional services engaged in the following sectors:

  • SaaS & Web Development: Custom software, API integration, and full-stack web solutions.
  • Event Management: Organization of corporate summits, weddings, and live productions.
  • Room Designing: Residential and commercial interior design and execution.

The term "Service" refers to any of the above professional engagements entered into via contract or online invoice.

2. Commercial Terms

  • Quotations: All project estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
  • Payment Schedule: A standard mobilization advance (50%) is required to initiate any SaaS, Interior, or Event project.
  • G.S.T: All professional fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Government of India regulations.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

Software/Web: Upon full payment, the Client gets a perpetual license to use the developed software. Source code rights are subject to the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA).

Designs: Interior design concepts and 3D renders remain the IP of MS Productions until the final handover.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Suryapet, Telangana.
