Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Deliverables

MS Broadcasting and Productions is strictly a Service-Provider. We generally do not deal in physical goods shipping.

2. Digital Delivery (SaaS / Web / Tickets)

  • SaaS/Web Projects: Delivered via secure code repositories (GitHub/GitLab) or deployed directly to client servers.
  • Events/Tickets: Digital Access Badges and Tickets are delivered instantly via email (within 24 hours of payment).

3. On-Site Execution (Interiors)

For Interior and Room Design projects:

  • Material Delivery: Construction materials and furniture are delivered directly to the project site address as per the schedule agreed in the contract.
  • Completion: Handover is done physically on-site upon project completion.

4. Important Disclaimer

We do not use third-party logistics partners for standard customer retail shipping. All "Shipping" refers to project-specific logistics managed internally or via vendor partners.
